About the Show

While initially created in July 2020 to combat the spread of misinformation amid the growing popularity of the Black Lives Matter movement, A Little Perspective has since evolved into something greater: a mode of raising awareness for societal issues. Whether covering the implications of systemic racism, the perils of fast fashion, or sharing insight from students on academic burnout, A Little Perspective has one central aim: to inform.

I'm Halima Attah! A seventeen-year-old college student and of course, host of the A Little Perspective podcast. When not working on the show, I'm typically listening to music (preferably Tyler, the Creator), doing the daily New York Times Crossword Puzzle, or hanging out with friends.
